The base set up a panel of experts who are proficient in nursing panda cubs to attend to it round-the-clock.
Although it is in stable condition, there are still many uncertainties, and experts and vets are usi
ng their rich experience to help the cub and hope to create another miracle, Zhang said.
Tuesday was the second time Chengda had given birth.
On June 27, 2017, it gave birth to a female cub weighing 128 grams and a male cub weighing 160 grams.
